SHIPPING/PICK UPS & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders shipped within 5 to 7 business days after processing.

 

PICK UP POLICY

Please call the salon before pick up to ensure we are in - (757) 277-9286. Please wear your mask and present your identification at time of pickup. If someone else is picking up your item(s), please identify them in the notes of your order.

Due to space in the salon, we are limited on the hold time for pick-up orders. Please pick up your order within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, a shipping fee will be assessed to your account and the item(s) will be shipped to you. After 14 days your order will be cancelled.

In order to serve you at our highest level of professionalism, please send your customer service inquiries to hairelegancesalon@gmail.com or call us at (757) 277-9286. We will respond with 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY

WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY.

We do allow for exchanges ONLY on unused, unopened retail merchandise, products, and tools

with 5 business days of receiving orders. Please contact us at

hairelegancesalon@gmail.com to initiate a return.

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify

you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the

approval or rejection of your exchange.

Your exchange will be processed once approved.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If an exchange is needed for the same item, please send us an email at

Shipping and Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages. 

Depending on your shipping location, time may vary for product exchanges.

If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
